We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia! Our warehouse is located in Hong Kong, which allows us to source high-quality fashion products at very competitive prices. This location helps us reduce operational costs, enabling us to pass on the savings to you. While we strive for fast and reliable delivery, shipping times may vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7-14 business days, but deliveries to rural or remote areas in Australia may take a bit longer. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipping. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped, though it may take 3-5 days for tracking information to appear in the system.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Any requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. We process orders quickly, and requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated. Once your order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
